Tofu Pot Pie

This is on my top 5 list of dinners I like to cook the most, and eat.
Its easy and is something that is hard for us vegans to find at restaurants.
This is how you do it:

For crust:
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 C. Vegetable Shortening
1/4 C. + some Boiling water
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

You will want to have crust for top and bottom.
Roll out and put in pie pan. Sit aside..

Chop and Boil:
Potatoes
Celery
Carrots
Mushrooms
Tofu
Together until Potatoes are soft but not done.
Drain and mix in gravy (I use 2 packs of gravy mix)

Put into crust with a little garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Put top crust on (just like you would a pie)
Bake at 350 deg. for 20-25 min.
Serve with tofutti sour cream and Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce.
